Astrophotography, also known as astronomical imaging, is an art of capturing astronomical objects, celestial events and area of the night sky.

Besides being able to record the details of extended objects such as the Moon, Sun, and planets, astrophotography has the ability to image objects invisible to the human eye such as dim stars, nebulae, and galaxies.


Nonetheless still one of the most underrated forms of photography, Astrophotography is a beautiful yet a daunting art form. It is an amalgamation of passion, dedication, hard-work, skill, and above all, patience.
