Cancellation and Refund Policy

At The Urban Trails, we understand that life can throw unexpected challenges your way, leading to the unfortunate need for cancellations.

Our cancellation and refund policy reflects this understanding while also taking into account the variable factors involved in each unique trip experience. While we empathise with the pain of having to cancel your travel plans, it’s important to note that full refunds may not always be feasible due to pre-booked arrangements and commitments.

We do offer flexibility through our transferable booking option; should you find yourself unable to join us on your scheduled adventure, you have the opportunity to pass your spot onto someone else with prior notification. However, please keep in mind that certain activities—particularly those requiring limited entry tickets like many of the India Safaris—cannot accommodate such transfers as they are specifically reserved for individual travelers.

Our general cancellation terms specify a tiered approach:

if you cancel up to 90 days before departure, only 30% of the total price will be forfeited;
from 89 days down to 60 days prior, this increases significantly at 60%;
however, any cancellations made within 59 days or less will unfortunately incur a complete charge at 100% of the total price.
